I’m Caitlin, the creator behind BASK and the owner of Hair by Caitlin.

I absolutely love cutting hair. From textured bobs to long, layered shapes, I love creating cuts that have movement, suit the individual and continue to look great as they grow out.

I’m also a little obsessed with beautiful lived-in colour — especially creamy blondes, soft brunettes, and rich reds and coppers. Over the past year, I’ve had the opportunity to take part in some of the most incredible training Wella has to offer, which has challenged me, inspired me and made me even more excited about where I can take my work next.

For me, a great appointment starts with a really thorough consultation. I love getting to know my clients, understanding their lifestyle, what they love (and what they don’t!), and creating hair that feels like them.

I genuinely love meeting new people and creating a space where you can relax, have a chat and feel completely looked after.

I’m incredibly proud of what we’re creating at BASK and absolutely love working alongside the girls in our salon. I’m so excited for the year ahead, continuing to grow, learn and build a salon that feels just as good to be in as the hair feels to wear.

Hey! I’m Elsie! I’m currently coming to the end of my apprenticeship and couldn’t be more excited for everything that’s ahead!

I’m all about staying up to date with the latest trends, techniques and industry education, constantly learning and growing to bring fresh ideas into the salon. My favourite things behind the chair are beautiful blondes and event styling, with a love for creating hair that looks just as good growing out as it does fresh from the salon.

As I step into the next chapter of my career, I’m excited to continue building a strong, loyal clientele and creating genuine connections with every client who sits in my chair. I’m passionate about making every appointment an experience you look forward to, while continuing to expand my skills and explore everything this industry has to offer.
